How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.10. Orders over $150 ship free.
Are returns free?
Return shipping is covered by the customer. We provide a prepaid label through our returns portal — the cost is deducted from your refund or store credit.
How will I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
How do I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. Follow it for real-time updates on your delivery.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout.
Will I have to pay additional duties and taxes?
Bonbon Rue currently ships within the United States only. No additional duties or customs fees apply.
Do I have to return the entire order?
Not at all. You are welcome to return individual pieces from your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
That should never happen, and we will make it right. Please reach out to us at info@bonbonruekids.com with your order number and a photo of the item and we will take care of you.
How do I organize a return?
Visit our returns portal, enter your order number, and follow the steps to generate your return label. It only takes a moment.
Where do I send my return?
Your return label will include the correct address. No need to look it up separately.
How long does it take to process an exchange or refund?
Once we receive your return, we process it within 1 to 2 business days.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 14 days of your original order for a return to your original payment method, or as store credit for returns made within 30 days. Once processed, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
