Returns

We want every Bonbon Rue piece to arrive exactly as imagined. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returns requested within 15 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
Returns requested between 16–30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to help. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange based on availability.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Condition of Returns

We inspect all returns upon receipt. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
