Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returns requested within 15 days of delivery receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Returns requested 16–30 days after delivery receive store credit.

A flat return fee of $8.95 applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund or store credit. We'll email you a prepaid return label once your return is approved.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are always free. Need a different size? Request an exchange within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a prepaid label, subject to availability.

Blessing Collection: Exchange Only
Blessing Collection pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds. Because we know sizing matters for these special occasions, we're happy to exchange them for a different size within 30 days of delivery, free of charge and subject to availability.

Received the Wrong Item or a Damaged Piece?
Please email us at info@bonbonruekids.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Returns and exchanges are requested through your Bonbon Rue account.

1. Sign in or create an account here using the email address from your order.
2.  Select your order and the item you'd like to send back. For an exchange, choose "Return" and write the size you'd like in the notes. We'll take care of the rest, and your exchange will be free.
3. Submit your request. We'll review it and email you a prepaid label within 1–2 business days.

Inspection

We inspect every return upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please note: Celebration items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, with all original packaging and labels still attached.

Celebration Pieces

Our Celebration pieces are made for the days you'll remember, so they follow their own return terms. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and with the Bonbon Rue tag still attached. Returns without the original tag cannot be accepted, and store credit beyond 15 days does not apply to Celebration pieces.

We recommend trying each piece on as soon as it arrives, well before the big day, so there's time for an exchange if you need a different size. Size exchanges are always complimentary.
