The Cecil is built around a 100% habotai silk bodice, hand-smocked across the chest with embroidered rosebuds, small, precise, and unmistakably made. Below, red illusion tulle floats over a pink underlayer, blending into a warm rose that shifts with the light and photographs beautifully from every angle. Flat white buttons close at the center back smocking.
