The dupioni silk gives the gown a natural texture and a luminosity that cotton cannot replicate; it moves differently, photographs differently, and carries the gravity of the occasion. A matching bonnet with tuck detail completes the set. A ruffled hem falls at the foot of the gown, soft and unhurried.
